A fan apparently left property for Sanjay in south Mumbai which according to him was worth about 150 crores . Sanjay in an interview said he believed the property he didn’t deserve as he didn’t know the person and rightfully returned it to family with the condition that it should be used in a proper way.

Sanjay Dutt spending his term in Pune's Yerawada prison appears to have lost lots of weight and struggling with his health in some released released pictures. His sister Namrata in an interview said she is concerned that her brother's health issues shouldn't aggravate in conditions he is living on and wants him to a be free man.
Family has been denied meeting with him.
According to her he has vein thrombosis,borderline sugar and high cholesterol and triglycerides and due to inadequate medical facilities his health could deteriorate further.

Sanjay Dutt was granted parole second time within a month. This time for 30 days on the ground that his wife is said to be unwell.
Parole in October was on health grounds.

The Supreme Court today dismissed actor Sanjay Dutt's petition that his conviction in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts case be reconsidered.
A curative petition was filed after the dismissal of the review petition.

He is at Yerawada jail in Pune.

Sanjay Dutt came out of jail after two months for a medical check up. Sources confirmed he had full medical checkup that lasted three hours.The reason for check up was not disclosed but he is believed to be not well for some time.
